DDO can edit Payee Details for New Bills as well as Bills submitted to Treasury. Kindly note that if bills already submitted to Treasury and DDO updates Payee Name, A/C No. and IFSC Code then DDO needs to re-submit hard copy of the bills again to Treasury. • 2. Users can change their password at his own using Mobile OTP. • 3. DDO can reset the password of Bill Maker • 4. DTO can reset the password of Bill Maker and DDO • 5.
