Taburkan sedikit garam ke dalam jamur, lalu remas-remas • 2. Bilas dengan air, lalu peras kembali sampai tidak ada lagi kandungan air • 3. Siapkan lap bersih, lebarkan jamur di atasnya, lalu tutup, tekan-tekan hingga jamur menjadi kering • 4. Untuk adonan basah campur semua bahan menjadi satu, lalu tambahkan air, aduk rata • 5. Untuk adonan kering, campur semua bahan menjadi satu, aduk rata • 6. Masukkan jamur ke dalam adonan basah, lalu adonan kering, ulangi sampai jamur habis • 7. Panaskan minyak, goreng jamur hingga kuning keemasan, lalu kecilkan api, goreng kembali sampai kering, angkat dan tiriskan • 8. Sprinkle some salt onto the mushroom and massage. • 2. Rinse with water, then squeeze it dry to remove the water content. • 3. Prepare a clean cloth. Stretch out the mushroom on top, then cover with another cloth and press it dry. • 4. For the wet batter, combine all the ingredients together. Add water in and mix well. • 5. For the dry coat, combine all the ingredients together. Mix well. • 6. Dip the mushroom into the wet batter, then coat with the dry coat. Repeat until finished. • 7. Heat the oil and fry the mushroom until golden brown. Then, lower the heat and fry it again until crispy. Drain and set aside. • 8.
