The story was about the Lawson Family Murders or as it’s sometimes called, the Lawson Family Massacre. It’s one of the worst Christmas Day crimes ever recorded in the U.S. • Today, it’s still one of the saddest and most violent crimes with one of the highest death counts in NC’s history.
