Rhubarb Crumble is an easy dessert to prepare, its healthy and very, very tasty! Here in Ireland, Spring is kicking off! The leaves are starting to bud and there is a bit more of a stretch in the evening. Rhubarb is always one of the first ‘fruits’ of the season.
