We pour oil and start frying the onions. Fry for about 15 minutes. We add the sauce. We add some salt. We continue to fry. We add the washed rice. We add the mint and black pepper, add the finely chopped parsley and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. After our filling is ready, we lay leaves at the bottom of the pot. We take some filling inside the leaf, fold it from the edges and wrap it with our fingertips. We wrap it without over-tightening. In the video, I showed two types of wrapping.
