Plea in Madras High Court has been moved by the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee. The petition seeks judicial intervention against PM Modi’s alleged communal statements during campaigning. The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee said that PM Modi’s speeches have not only been inflammatory but also derogatory, and they were particularly targeting the Muslim community. • However, the petitioner has revealed about the procedural hurdles in getting numbered by the High Court Registry.
