Well they're not going to march to victory over us, or our allies, and lets have no mistake..... • • Russian delegate Andrei Vyshinsky makes a passionate speech in Russian. He refers to the Petrograd treaty of 1917 where Soviets underline their long term aims to overthrow the governments of the capitalist countries. He is saying that the US Government has nothing to apologise for giving the refugees from Russian tyranny the opportunity to join NATO and calls for vote.
