RECIPE IN VIDEO DESCRIPTION • CLICK THE SHOW MORE BUTTON • Creamy Cheesy Corn • 4 corn cobs – boiled for 5 minutes • 100g feta - crumbled • 100g cheddar - grated • 175g sour cream • 100g mayonnaise • lime – zest half – juice of whole lime • 1 heaped tsp paprika • 1 heaped tsp oregano • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) • 1 bunch spring onions - sliced • salt pepper • Pre heat oven to 220C • Boil to corn on the cob for 5 minutes in salted water. • In a large bowl mix the cheeses, sour cream, mayo, lime zest juice, spices and spring onions. • Remove the corn from boiling water and drain.
