Navitas TSX 30 440 Club Car Precedent Install

This video is for instruction on how to install a Navitas TSX 3.0 440/600 DC Controller. • Safety First • Remember to lift rear of cart and place on Jack Stands. • • Always disconnect main Positive and negative battery cables before any Motor or Controller work. • Tools needed basic socket set with half-inch and 10 mm sockets, T 40 torque head and 9/16 socket for batteries and 5/8 socket for battery hold downs.  • Most Club Car Precedents you can remove the back controller plate and place on top of batteries. Don’t forget to lay something down over the batteries to avoid shorting anything out or shocking yourself. • Remove controller plate using a T 40 Torque head located on the top right corner of plate. • Lift and pull back plate and sit on top of batteries. • Remove for pin Molex connector this will not be reused. Then remove 16 pin IQ connector. • Using a half inch socket remove the double black table that goes to B- and the White cable that goes to M and the Yellow and Green that goes to B+. • Then remove the Orange and Blue cables these are F1 F2. •  after all Electronics are removed use a 10 mm at the top and bottom of controller to remove Bolts. • Do not disregard these you will reuse these on your new 440 or 600 amp Navitas DC Controller. • Using existing screws Bolton the new controller. • The two black cables go back to B- and the White to M and the Green and Yellow to B+. • Reconnect blue and orange cables to F1 and F2. • Plug in Navitas Harness 1510\\1515. • Connect this to the factory 16 pin harness and to your OTF. • Put controller Plate back in place and secure with T 40 screw. • Now is a good time to check all the connections on your batteries. • While the car is still in the air on the jackstands Place Court in forward to test. • • • http:/www.golfcartsmodified.com • http:/www.Navitasvs.com • Email addresses • [email protected] • [email protected] • [email protected] • [email protected] • • #clubcar #navitas #golfcart #golfcatsmodifed • #clubcarprecedent #440install
