Astronomers have discovered thousands of exoplanets---planets like our own that orbit distant stars. Our Sun appears as just another star in the night skies of these exoplanets. This video is a realistic simulation of the night skies of multiple exoplanets in which the Sun is of note. From some, the Sun shines bright and integrates with constellations like Cassiopeia and Orion. From most others, the Sun is a mere faint background star. • 0:00 Intro • 0:09 Proxima b • 1:13 Barnard's Star b • 2:38 Epsilon Indi Ab • 3:56 Trappist-1 e • 5:38 K2-155 d • 7:38 Conclusion • This simulation was made with Space Engine.
