SUPER EASY OVEN GRANOLA

Amazing for smoothie bowls and vegan treats! • RECIPE • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (chopped) • 1/4 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut • 2 tsp ground cinnamon • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract • 4 medjool dates, pitted • 1/2 cup water • pinch of salt (optional) • 1/2 cup raisins (add after granola is done baking - optional) • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F • 1. Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. • 2. Add water, dates and vanilla to blender and blend on high until smooth. • 3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly • 4. Spread granola onto lined baking sheet, making sure to spread granola evenly • 5. Bake for 20 mins, take out of oven and mix granola up, bake an additional 12-15 minutes.. keep an eye on it!
