Tridevi, Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Govinda Mantra • It is said to be auspicious and beneficient to pear into your palm early in the morning when you first wake up and visualize three deities on your palm reciting the following mantra • Sacred invocation and calling in Sanskrit: • 'Karagre vasate Lakshmi, Karamade Saraswati, Karamule Tu Govinda Parbahte Kardashna. • The sacred text exactly means word for word: • On the tip of my palm lives Lakshmi. (Goddess of wealth) • In the middle lives Saraswati, (Goddess of knowledge, music, arts, and learning) • And at its base lives Govinda (Lord Vishnu--preserver, restorer, power) • This ancient text is not only beautiful but very powerful, too. • The wisdom is invoking tree forces that make life meaningful and proactive. • The Goddess Lakshmi stands for wealth and spiritual and physical abundance. • Goddess Saraswati is the representative of the knowledge, arts, music, and learning. • Govinda is a different name for Lord Visnu, the preserver, and the restorer. • Therefore, reciting this sacred text first thing in the morning you're reminding yourselves of these qualities to be implemented in your day. • When we carry the notion that our lives and the lives of others are meant to be bountiful, meaningful, and beneficial for all concerned, we're living an ethical life and creating good virtue. • The good virtue is a spiritual currency, which is the only thing that stays with our soul after living the physical plane. • In that note, bringing these three qualities from the text above, and the chant to our day-to-day life can help us achieve our higher potential for its purpose. • In essence, like any other sacrad text by connecting to its wisdom and repeating it we start resonating with its message.
