  / kwanericc，   • If you want to use Windows7, better in 32 bit system, when run the Atool please run it as administrator in Windows7, if it fail to connect to the printer, please check if the IP address was set correctly, also can try to shut down the antivirus software, or even firewall, if still cannot connect successfully, please try another computer, by the way, it can not work in Mac.
