A delicious snack that's easy to make! Puppy Chow (or Muddy Buddies) is a snack that's enjoyable for all! • What You Need: • 7 cups corn chex • 3/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter • 1 ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips or the chocolate chips of your choice. • 6 Tablespoons salted butter cut into 6 pieces • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • Powdered sugar (I used 3 cups but you can use as much or as little as you want) • How You Make It: • Put cereal in a large bowl. • In another microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and softened butter. • Put into the microwave and heat for 30-seconds, take out and stir well and repeat until chocolate and peanut butter are melted and smooth. • Add vanilla. • Pour chocolate coating over your cereal and gently stir until cereal is coated in chocolate. • Next - add powdered sugar to the bowl and stir until all cereal is coated with powdered sugar.
