In this edition, we're focusing on the Jump Hook to the middle of the paint, as the defender is playing either behind you or on your low side. In future videos, we'll demonstrate the Jump Hook to the Baseline. • As mentioned in the video, this move works hand-in-hand with its counter move, the UP and Under.
