Toaster Oven Herb Roasted Potatoes (See Recipe Below) • http://www.OneTwoSimpleCooking.com/ • Blog: http://onetwosimplecooking.com/blog/2... • --- • Serving Size: 1-2 people • Ingredients: • 4 small potatoes (cleaned, peeled, and small diced) • couple spoonfuls of olive oil • couple spoonfuls of freshly chopped rosemary • kosher salt cracked black pepper • Directions: • 1. Preheat toaster oven to 400F. • 2. Line baking pan with foil. • 3. Place potatoes on plan and spread evenly. • 4. Drizzle generously with olive oil. • 5. Add chopped rosemary. • 6. Lightly sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper. • 7. Mix with hands so potatoes get evenly coated with olive oil, rosemary, and salt and pepper. • 8. Place potatoes in toaster oven for 20-25 minutes or until sides are slightly browned.
