250 Budget Gaming PC June 2018

After hunting through craigslist and failing at 4 other video ideas, I finally found something that I think to be insane value. This gaming computer that I got second hand is actually one of the more powerful machines I have bought and actually plays all the modern titles like PUBG or Fortnite at a very respectable frame rate and resolution. In truth, I think it would have been fair to say this was a $200 deal but then the YouTube Police would hammer me with clickbaited comments so I think calling it $250 is fair • Also, sorry for the failed overclocking, I was hoping I would get something a little more fun. After I re-did the cable management, I saw the guy plugged the CPU fan into a CASE fan slot, so maybe that affected the cooling in a way that didn't allow for a great overclock.
