Painting water and reflections is not easy, in this video I share with you my experience that has lead me to improve that area of my art as well as backgrounds and foregrounds in general. I also show you how I painted this redhead duck in oils while I share that and other tips on #painting realism. There are a few pieces of advice that I would give to myself as a young artist and that is what I wanted to focus on today. • This is my second of three waterfowl paintings that I'm going to #create as I work towards a duck stamp entry. I simply love how this one came out and look forward to getting started on the next. • Looking for longer, more detailed painting videos reference photos? • Available here: / @chuckblackart • Win a FREE art print: http://www.wildlifeandart.com/fpf • Here is a list of the #art supplies I use to create: http://bit.ly/2t5ftGV • Liquin Original: http://shrsl.com/1qfyh • The brush I used to paint this: https://shrsl.com/2aqvg • ===How I Film My Paintings===(affiliate links) • The main camera I use: https://amzn.to/3aWeavg • My preferred lens: https://amzn.to/2JNFtMj • With this lens adapter: https://amzn.to/2RmVnSa • My smaller camera: https://amzn.to/3c1fSLX • Microphone for voice over: https://amzn.to/2RmUAka • Tripod: https://amzn.to/3aKUASN • Tripod arm: https://amzn.to/2URhDpk • The lighting I use: • 5000k 96 CRI Fluorescent lamps: http://shrsl.com/1qp6n • MY ART: • My website: http://www.wildlifeandart.com • My eBay auctions: http://www.ebay.com/usr/wildlifeandart • SOCIAL: • Facebook: / wildlifeandart • Instagram: / chuckblackart • Snapchat: / chuckblackart • Thanks for watching!
