THANK GOD WE DID because this is legitimately the most beautiful restaurant we've ever seen in our lives!! It's right next to a waterfall (which you can walk under) on a mountainside and there is nothing else nearby. No ugly cities right out of view, just nature and this beautiful soba restaurant! There are a lot of other waterfalls nearby, as well as apple orchards, a river, and some lovely cafes and ryokans. If you get a chance, I recommend stopping by Daigo for a day!
