DIY Diwali Decoration Ideas Paper Lantern Round Paper Ball

In this video i show you how to make cute and beautiful paper lanterns for Diwali. This is very simple and easy to make and looks cute and beautiful. All the material used for making it is very basic. • Hi guys! Welcome to my channel! Hope you all are doing great! In this video I am gonna show you how to make cute and beautiful paper lanterns for Diwali. This is a very simple and easy project and you can make these in different colors and decorate your home this Diwali. • - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - • Material required • - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - • A4 color papers ( 10 sheets ) • A4 white paper ( 1 sheet ) • Ruler • Scissors • Pencil • Compass • Glue stick • Stapler ( optional ) • - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - • How to make • - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - • Start by drawing a circle of 2.5 inches on a white sheet of paper with the help of a compass. Now place the compass needle with the same measurement ( 2.5 inches ) on the circumference of the circle anywhere and make two marks as shown in the video. Now measure the distance between two marks you just made, place the compass in anyone mark or point and mark on the circle. Join all these three points. You are ready with your triangle. • Cut the triangle out. Now draw 2.5 inches circles on 10 papers. On each paper you can only draw 2 circles. You have to draw total of 20 circles. Cut the circles out. Now its time to fold these circles. Now place the triangle on each circle and fold them as shown. Now its time to assemble the lantern. Join five pieces together as shown, it will form cap type shape and similarly make two more caps. Let's name these 3 caps A, B, C. Now you have to join these pieces ( A,B,C ) together. Take A and apply glue on one triangle as shown and stick B's triangle on it. Now you have joined A and B together. Stick the third part as shown in video and all the left 5 triangles as shown in the video. • At last flip lantern ball upside down. Now you are left with one triangle that you can either stick or staple it with the stapler after placing led light inside the lantern. If you will glue it then you will have to tear the ball to take out the led but if the piece is stapled you can still open the pins, remove the piece take your led out without damaging your whole lantern. • Make these beautiful and colorful lanterns this Diwali and decorate your home.
