MrTruck toured the NATDA convention looking for new products to review that make a difference. There are dozens of trailer locks, most locking just the coupler to keep a hitch ball out. Bill Smith owns https://S5Locks.com . Bill's locks cover the whole coupler and locks the adjustment bolts on bumper pull trailers and the set bolts on goosenecks. Most of the locks are 2 piece with a cam lock facing down to be more difficult to pick. They slide together surrounding the coupler on three sides sliding over a pin in the ball socket. Give a thief long enough and they can break into anything, but make it hard and they'll go on the next easy trailer. Having your trailer stolen is bad enough having to replace it, but think about all the lost time and work you used your trailer for. I have 6 test trailers I review new trucks with.
