I'm sure many of you already have seen several surtrömming challenges. To those who don't know what it is, it's a Swedish delicacy, fermented Baltic herring, and it has an extremely strong smell. Surströmming is pretty disgusting to most people (I tried it, and I liked it haha) so I was thinking about how could we make it even more revolting. I think I managed to do just that.
