It is called Torta Helada and here is the ultimate recipe with all the details to prepare it properly. • 00:49 Sponge cake • 02:32 Syrup • 04:34 Gelatin • 06:13 Mousse and Assembly • 08:28 Unmold • These are the Ingredients: • Sponge cake: • 4 large eggs. • 120 grams of All purpose flour (1 cup approx.). • 90 grams of granulated sugar (1/2 cup approx.). • Syrup: • 250 milimiters of water. • 100 grams of granulated sugar. • Gelatin and Mousse (Charlotte) • 150 grams of Strawberry gelatin • 400 grams of Evaporated milk (1 can). • 50 grams of sugar ( 1/4 cup approx.) • 1 1/2 Tablespoon of unflavored gelatin. (15 grams) • 1/3 cup of water to hydrate Unflavored gelatin.
