The Creator of the skies and the earth The Knower of the hidden and the openYour are The Beneficent, The Merciful • اللھم انی اعھد الیک فی ھذہ الحیواۃ الدنیا و اشھد ان لا الہ الا انت وحدک لا شریک لک و اشھد ان محمدا عبدک و رسولک فلا تکلنی الی نفسی • Allahumma Inni Aahadu Ilayka Fihaazihil Hayaatiddunyaa Wa Ash Hadu Allaailaaha Illa Anta Wahdaka Laasharika Lak. Wa Ash Hadu Anna Muhammadan Abduka Wa Rasuluk, Falaa Takilni Ilaa Nafsi • O Allah! I promise you in this earthly life and I bear witness that that there is no one worthy of worship except You , You are One and Only without any partner and I bear witness that Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Your servant and Your Messenger, (O Allah!) Please do not leave me to my own self. • فانک ان تکلنی الی نفسی تقربنی الی الشر و تباعدنی من الخیر و انی لا اتکل الا برحمتک فاجعل لی عندک عھدا توفیہ الی یوم القیامۃ انک لا تخلف المیعاد • FaInnaka In takilni Ilaa Nafsi Tuqarribni Ilash Sharri Watubaa Idnee Minal Khayr, Wa Inni Laa Attakilo illa Birahmatik, Faj Alli Indaka Ahadan Tuwaffihi ilaa Yawmil Qiyaamah Innaka Laa Tukhlifulmi’aad. • Because if You abandon me to my own desires I might be drawn towards evil and away from goodness and I have no support except Your Mercy So accept my promise with You to be kept till the Day of Judgement Truly, You never break a promise • و صلی اللہ تعالی علی خیر خلقہ محمد و آلہ و اصحابہ اجمعین برحمتک یا ارحم الراحمین • Wa Sallallaahu Ta’alaa Alaa Khayri Khalqihi Muhammad Wa Aalihi Wa As-haabihi Aajmain.
