Then fix it by drilling and pinning the drive shaft to the the drive gear. A weak spot in the design it seems. If you have a problem with your alligator, see this video for how to dismantle it, and if you have the same problem here is how to fix it. • You will need some good 2 or 3 mm cobalt drill bits (eBay) and a set of different screw driver bits covering hex, T series star type and the same T type but with center hole, plus a posidrive screwdriver. • It's a very handy electric chainsaw, but has a few areas that can be improved upon in the design. It worked for a while but then snapped.
