These cute little penguins are so easy to make!! • 6 Surf Sweet Peach Rings • 6 Tru Joy Sweets Choco Chews • 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips • 12 large Dandies vegan marshmallows • Carefully cut the peach rings in half (like a bagel). Then cut a small triangle from each half- for the beaks. (The peach rings are sticky and a little hard to cut, but that’s good because they will stick to the marshmallows.) Cut a third off the end of each choco chew and discard. Then split the remaining piece in half, and cut each half diagonally to make two triangles each. Reshape the triangles as needed to make 24 flat wings. Melt the chocolate chips (either in a double-boiler, or in the microwave 30-seconds at a time, stirring between each interval). For each penguin: press a triangle beak onto a marshmallow, dip the sides, back, and top into the chocolate, and press the bottom onto the sticky-side of peach ring. Use your finger to pull down a little chocolate from the top to form a penguin peak on the face. Press on two triangle Choco Chews wings and let dry. Makes 12 marshmallow penguins. • (I found all of these ingredients at Whole Foods.) • If you make this or any of my other recipes, I’d love it if you shared a picture of it with me on Instagram. • Something Vegan on Instagram:   / somethingvegan   • Email: [email protected]
