I opted for the Saving Grace Haku, a drink that was both innovative and refreshing. The delicate notes of Japanese vodka blended seamlessly with the exotic sweetness of lychee and pink guava, complemented by a hint of citrus that enlivened my senses. My partner chose the Osaka-inspired cocktail, a bold creation that masterfully combined free ranch bourbon with a unique wasabi cordial, smoothed by the silky texture of coconut and egg white. Each sip was a testament to the skill and creativity of Prefecture's mixologists. • As we transitioned to the small plates, our taste buds were in for a treat.
