Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. • The evening began with a journey through the cocktail menu. I opted for the Saving Grace Haku, a drink that was both innovative and refreshing. The delicate notes of Japanese vodka blended seamlessly with the exotic sweetness of lychee and pink guava, complemented by a hint of citrus that enlivened my senses. My partner chose the Osaka-inspired cocktail, a bold creation that masterfully combined free ranch bourbon with a unique wasabi cordial, smoothed by the silky texture of coconut and egg white. Each sip was a testament to the skill and creativity of Prefecture's mixologists. • As we transitioned to the small plates, our taste buds were in for a treat. The King Salmon Ceviche was an absolute delight, with each piece of salmon marinated to perfection, offering a burst of freshness paired with a subtly tangy marinade. The Kani Korokke, served hot and crisp, was filled with luscious crab that melted in the mouth.
