The 568.5 square inch cooking area is all the room you need to masterfully handle a BBQ. • Before beginning, reference your assembling manual to make sure all of your parts are accounted for. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and an adjustable wrench to complete the assembly. Call the customer service line if you have any questions or concerns during the assembly. • First, we’ll assemble the left legs by attaching Part 3 to Parts 1 and 2. Now do the same to attach Part 6 to Parts 4 and 5. • Next, attach the cross supports, Parts 7, to the tops of legs. Attach the back-cross support, Part 8, to stabilize the cart frame. Turn the frame around and attach the front panels, Parts 9, to the cart frame. Now to attach the wheels. On the two remaining legs, slide on the feet, Parts 11. Now attach the support wire by slipping one end into the available slot in the front panel and the other end into the support beam. On the other side of the grill base attach the propane tank holder, Part 13. • Your cart is now ready for the firebox. This step requires two people. • Carefully tilt the firebox, Part 14, onto its back to untie the gas line. Then, lift the firebox assembly and place on top of the cart. Once in place, secure the firebox assembly to the legs attach the underneath of the firebox to the cart. • With your firebox securely in place, you can now attach your left side table. Assemble the shelf by fastening one bracket, Part 16, to the underside of the shelf top, Part 17. Then attach the shelf front panel to part 16 and Part 17. With the shelf assembled, flip right-side up and with the firebox lid open, slide it into position on the left side of the firebox. Secure the shelf in place on the inside of the firebox then secure the side shelf front panel to the firebox. • Now prepare to install your side burner on the right side of the firebox. • Turn your side burner, Part 19, upside down and attach the second bracket, Part 16, to the corner of the side burner base Part 19. Now attach the sideburner front panel, Part 18 to the bracket and the base Part 19. With the side burner assembled, flip it over and with the firebox lid open, slide it into position on the right side of the firebox. Secure the side burner in place on the inside of the firebox. Attach the side burner ignitor to the side burner front panel. Slide your control knob, Part 20, onto the burner ignition pin on the front panel. Place the burner in the side burner and line it up correctly with dial control. Position your side burner grate and close the side burner lid. Now assemble your grease tray before installing. • Once your grease tray is fully assembled, slide it into the rear of your grill. Then slide the grease cup into position. Open the lid of your grill and place each flame tamer at the bottom of the burner bowl over each of the burner tubes. On top of those will be the cooking grids and the warming rack. Place the grids over the flame tamers making sure the sides with holes in each grid are facing the front of the grill. Then, set the warming rack in place. • After that, insert the Double A battery into the hole, negative end first, then screw the cap and bolt back into place. • With your grill nearly assembled, it’s time to attach the liquid propane tank. Place your gas tank in the propane tank holder. Then carefully and firmly connect the gas line to your tank. • Congratulations, Level One completed.
