In this butterfly gardening video, I make a butterfly puddling station in my milkweed garden using an old miniature bird bath I bought at an antique store, some sand and some pretty stones. Butterflies can get the minerals they need from a puddling station, so by adding one to your butterfly garden you can give the butterflies another reason to visit. Then I have a lot of Monarch butterflies to release in my garden. You get to see how a few of them really enjoy their first visit with a cone flower. There is something so special about watching a butterfly fly for the first time.
