Can be done in groupings or ladders. • interlayer and outer layer to control temperature. • History: • Hafada piercings are said to be derived from the Arabs and a rite of passage into manhood. The piercing was placed where the scrotum attaches to the body and there is often a fold. This was done to prevent the testicles from returning to the body.
