This method was used to a limited extent during World War II. It is a simple method and can be implemented using simple components. If you try this or have any questions, please comment below. • Based on comments: • I mentioned the results in the video. I used a crystal earphone and could hear the music from the audio source. I mentioned some tweaks I did to make it louder (including transformer adjustments, etc) . I was also supprised that it worked with copper tubing stuck only 18 in the frozen ground, There also was some hum. I was going to hook up an amplifier and speaker to prove it worked , but it was 5 degrees out with the wind😢 chill and I would have to get a power line and power supply out there and I was not that motivated.
