Does your suspension squeak and creak when you go around a corner or take a turn? You may have thought it was worn shocks or struts, or maybe even worn springs but it could be your Control Arm End Links. These components connect your sway bar to the the suspension. The bushings and/or ball joints often fail and the metal to metal contact is what causes the squeak sound. A relatively simple and inexpensive fix could be in order. Autofocus host and television automotive contributor and journalist, Ben Eytalis was tackling this issue with one of his cars and grabbed an iPhone to document what the end link looks like to give you a better idea of how to make the fix. • Vehicle: 2002 Ford SVT Focus • Replacement Part: Moog #K80066 • www.lunarvue.com
