A pollution checking personnel runs pollution tests on vehicles in Delhi. Fearing fines after the introduction of amended Motor Vehicles Act, vehicle owners line up pollution checking centres to get a valid Pollution Under Control certificate. PUCs are given out to vehicle owners whose vehicle pass the pollution test.
