This week, we're showing you our latest recipe for the AeroPress. It's a very versatile brewer that can be used in a multitude of ways and is also perfect for travelling with. • In this video, we present a recipe we find highlights the juicy and bright qualities of coffee, especially Kenyan or Ethiopian coffees. • You can replicate the recipe featured in this video by using the following guidelines: • 13g - 200g (1:15.3 Actual Ratio) • 88°C Water • 50g Pour - 0:00 - 0:10 - Fast • Stir - Agitate • 150g Pour - 0:30 - 0:40 - Fast • 1:30 - Press • Total Brew Time - 2:00 • We used a Commandante grinder, on a medium grind setting for this brew. As this brew method features immersion, we feel that many roast profiles can fit this method, we suggest a grind range on Commandante set between 25-27 clicks. • If you have any questions about this brew method, feel free to leave your queries in the comments section below. • We're always interested in hearing what topics you're most curious to hear us discuss, and social media is a great way of reaching out to us if you would like to make a request. • We welcome your thoughts and feelings on the topics raised in this weeks video, as well as other ideas you would like to see us discuss in the future.
