Over the past few releases the label has unveiled a debut album under the alias as well as EP’s featuring remixes from the likes of Manakinz, Mahal and Larry Quest. Here for the labels sixth release K•Mo delivers his latest single. • ‘Space Funk’ leads the release, a deep house groover, featuring Byron The Aquarius on keyboard duties. Byron lays down his trademark synth bass line stabs, courtesy of his Prophet 6 synthesiser. These sit alongside organic driving drum programming and additional live percussion, played by Chris Bruining. • On the flip, two more deep house cuts, first up is ’Moonlight Shuffle’, another deep house groove, with a live organic feel. Soulful sounding drum programming and a captivating baseline, synth lead melodies, and an organ solo to die for, laid down by the every talented Tim Jules, on keys. • And finally, we have ‘Inner Soul’, a sparkly deep house track with a melodic flavour.
