The Knowing the Heroes of Islam CD is a collection of short stories from Little Scholars, about twelve Northern California children who in the summer of 2016 decided to do something worthwhile. • Listen to the CD collection by individual story: • • Knowing the Heroes of Islam • They each selected their favorite Muslim hero and decided to share their life stories. The underlying message of all the stories is that against all odds these Muslim heroes were able to succeed and come out stronger in the face of adversaries due to their unrelenting faith in Allah Subhana wa Talla. • This CD is dedicated to Muslim youth as they are the ones who will lead the Ummah (Muslim community) to the path of happiness and righteousness. • Featured in this collection are Khadijah Bint Khuwalid (RA), Khalid ibn al-Walid (RA), Uthman Ibn Affan (RA), Ibn Battuta, Ismail al-Jazari, Zayd ibn Harithah (RA), and Nusaybah bint Ka'ab (RA), Allama Iqbal, Umar ibn Al-Khattab, Salman al-Farsi, Abu Rayhan Al-Biruni and Usama ibn Zayd (RA).
