Ahoy Fisho's, This week the weather turned nasty dishing out plenty of rain, wind and swell, but that's ok because the crabs loved it! I set out with Chef Julian chasing a feed of delicious Blue Swimmer Crabs (sand crabs) to make one of his favorite dishes, a 'fancy' crab sandwich.
