Heart's Ease (Heartsease) is an English Country Dance published in Playford's English Dancing Master of 1651. It was interpreted by Cecil Sharp in 1916. It is a dance for two facing couples. • The tune was published with the dance. It was performed by Bare Necessities (Earl Gaddis, Mary Lea, Peter Barnes, and Jacqueline Schwab) on the album Strong Roots . It is used with permission of Country Dance Society, Boston Centre, Inc. https://www.cds-boston.org/ecdc/ • The animation plays at 103 counts per minute. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color, however the border of each dancer indicates what role they currently play so the border color will change each time through the minor set. • • https://www.upadouble.info/
