Watch until the end to see what I did. The drills are interesting. • ⭐️ Watch this next:    • How To Deadlift   • ⭐️ This “How To” playlist can also be helpful:    • Tutoriale   • Connect with me on social media • Instagram:   / gon.lifting   • 👉 Have a question? I no longer practice bodybuilding; instead, I have discovered a passion for functional fitness and weightlifting. After approximately 3000 coordinated hours in a functional fitness gym, I decided to continue my journey on YouTube. I am still at the beginning of this adventure and I invite you to join me on this road. • Disclaimer: • I Am: • Sharing only personal opinions • Trying to motivate everyone to just be active • Doing all of this for fun, as a hobby, for my health • Trying to explain the best I can the techniques and methods that worked for me • I Am NOT: • Giving advice on how you should do the movements you see in my videos, even if during the videos I sometimes say you should do (what works best for me, doesn’t mean it will work for you) • What I Do: • I take things easy; I do not go too hard, so I won’t injure myself. I want to be consistent and safely progress in lifting weights and general fitness. If I feel that something is off, then I will scale the movement or use lighter weights. • “No Pain No Gain” doesn’t work for me, I am truly against this saying. There shouldn’t be any pain involved. If by “pain” I understand “hard work” then yes, this could be used as a metaphor, but not as actual pain. I see this as a marathon, not a sprint. This also goes in Weightlifting or Fitness for people my age (or over). Better safe than sorry!
