Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe. • Mcdonald's Filet-O-Fish • Ingredients: • Cod Fish • Mayonnaise • Chives • Shallot • Capers • Dill Pickle Spears • Fresh dill • Lemon • Flour • Egg • Medium Cheddar Cheese • Modela Beer • Creole Seasoning • Salt • Black Pepper • Onion Powder • Garlic Powder • Cayenne Pepper • Potato Buns • Dijon Mustard • Sugar • Directions: • Tartar Sauce • 1. Dice 2 dill pickle spears. • 2. Dice 1 shallot. • 3. Finely slice chives. • 4. Finely dice capers. • 5. Finely chop fresh dill. • 6. To a bowl add 1 cup of mayonnaise, dice pickles, dice shallots, fresh dill, 1 tablespoons of chives, 1 tablespoons of capers, 1 tablespoon of pickle juice, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard, and the zest and juice of 1 lemon. • 7. Season to taste with salt and pepper. • Fish: • 1. Cut cod into squares. • 2. Pat cod dry. • 3. Season to taste with creole seasoning, black pepper , onion powder, garlic powder , and cayenne pepper. Allow fish to sit for 10 minutes. • 4. In a bowl add 1 cup of flour. Season to taste with creole seasoning. • 5. In another bowl add 1 1/4 cup of flour and season to taste with creole seasoning, black pepper , onion powder, garlic powder , and cayenne pepper. Combine the ingredients. • 6. To the dry ingredients add 1 egg and 12 ounces of beer. Whisk until combined. • 7. Coat fish with flour, followed by batter, then fry. • 8. Fry at 365 degrees for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Place fish on wire rack. • 9. Spread mayonnaise on buns and toast in a pan. • 10. To bottom bun add cheese, fish, then tartar sauce. • 11.
