It’s optional to add some garlic powder and other seasoning as you wish. Mix it well with hands and add your favorite cheese to the mixture, I have used vintage cheddar (this step is also optional). • Open your pita breads and stuff them with the mixture, brushing olive oil on both sides of the pita bread and sautéing them until the meat is cooked and the pita bread is golden brown • Serve and enjoy
