Making a simple custom motorcycle seat cover

You can't quite call this leathercraft, but I've been spending my off time building and racing vintage motorcycles with my pops. I've made a few seat covers now for our builds and decided to film this one since it's been a while since i've uploaded a project. It's a little strange to be working with vinyl in my leather workshop, but I DO plan on making a leather seat for my own ride very soon. I'm thinking something from Horween;) • This seat is for a 1983 Honda XR350R built to compete in the local vintage motocross races. We've always been huge fans of the 70's era 2 stroke motocross bikes and wanted to build a 4 stroke bike that resembled, yet stood out from all the famous 2-stroke racers of the 70's like the CZ's, Maicos, Bultacos, Honda Elsinores, Huskys, etc...It definitetly turned some heads at the races. In fact, I raced this one myself and got 1st overall AND the holeshot award.
