Dr. B... • How to add Sea SALT (unrefined natural salt) to your drinking water. • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 grams) per 16oz pint (500 ml) • 1/2 tsp (3 grams) per 32oz quart (1 liter), • 1 tsp (6 g) per 1/2 gallon (64oz/8 cups/2 liters), • 2 tsp (12 g) per gallon (128oz/4 liter), etc. • United States: Drink, daily, your body weight divided by 2 and converted to ounces. • Example: weight 150 lbs. = drink 75 oz. of water with a slightly rounded tsp of sea salt in that water. (or 1/4 tsp per pint of that water) • European: Drink daily, your body weight (in kg) multiplied by 3 and converted to milliliters. • Example: weight 68 kilograms = drink 200 ml of water with 6 grams of sea salt in that water.
