My 2 year natural body transformation. After training hard through lockdowns and eating right for 2 years this is what I have been able to achieve. It has certainly not been easy but I can say for sure, it has been 100% worth it. If you put the work in you will get the results you deserve. • Current PR's after 2 years: • Bench - 115kg x 1 and 100kg x 6 • Squat - 140kg x 8 • Deadlift - 180kg x 1 • I have not trained specifically for strength so it is possible to get much stronger in 2 years.
