My first time trying 1st Phorm's Phormula-1 CTC flavor- I have been wanting to try it for a LONG time! • Please excuse my weird voice! I don't do a lot of videos so I need to work on that.....plus I just finished a workout! I also got a little tongue tied so I left out lots of things I wanted to say! It can only get better from here! • Just opening up the package of the protein and it smelled so good!! The texture is nice and smooth, so not grainy, and it mixes together really well.
