In this video tutorial, I will show you how to delete file or folder using the command prompt. • Here are the steps you can follow. • Step 1: Change the path of the directory in CMD and set it to the path of the file. Type cd desktop and Enter • Step 2: Delete the file “TestFile.xlsx” with the following command: • del filename in our case TestFile.xlsx • Delete the folder “TestFolder” with the following command: • rmdir FolderName in our case TestFolder • Step 3: Since our Folder is not empty we need to use this command: • rd /?
