Before trying this out, I had no idea what was going to happen. On the one hand, I had read that this soap was way too harsh to be used as a shampoo. On the other hand, I heard that their new formula was actually too gentle, and almost seemed diluted. Regardless, considering that their new formula has no sulfates, parabens, phthalates, nor dyes, I decided to give it a try.
