How to make chocolate castella cake • Ingredients: • 20 grams cooking oil • 30 grams fresh milk • 5 grams vanilla essence • 80 grams sugar • 4 eggs • 70 grams flour (all-purpose/cake flour) • 20 grams cocoa powder • Procedure: • 1. On a small bowl, mix 20 grams cooking oil, 30 grams milk, and 5 grams vanilla essence until fully incorporated then set aside. • 2. Separate 4 egg yolks from egg whites and whip egg whites until slightly foamy. Add 80 grams of sugar in 2 to 3 batches until firm peaks form. • 3. Add 4 egg yolks into the egg whites then mix. Sift 70 grams flour and 20 grams cocoa powder into the egg mixture then fold until fully incorporated. Slowly pour the oil and milk mixture with the rest of the ingredients. • 4. Prepare rice cooker container by brushing the bottom and sides with cooking oil. Place a baking paper on the bottom and pour in the mixture using a spatula. • 5.
