Here is a live edge dining table that we made from one of our kiln dried oak slab. • This was first flattened off and sanded then we added some ash and oak bow ties to the cracks. • This will help to stabilise the oak slab and stop the cracks from opening up, these will also help stiffen the slab especially when fitted to both sides. • This oak slab was a central oak slab so it’s got some stunning medullary rays and also some spine cracks and shakes which add to its wonderful character . • Lastly we fitted some cast iron maiden legs to this stunning live edge oak table. • If you would like a waney edge table, desk or bar then please visit our website for more information and a price. • For more information about Waney Edge Timbers please visit our website @ • https://www.waneyedgetimbers.co.uk/ • Subscribe and stay tuned for more videos including hints, tips and to see our waney edge furniture. • Follow us on intergram • / waneyedgeti. . • Follow us on Facebook • / waneyedgetim. . • Follow us on Ticktock • / waney_edge_ti. . • Follow us on Pinterest • https://www.pinterest.co.uk/WaneyEdge...
