Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women. • http://www.vahrehvah.com/kofthas • Mix vegetable kofta is enriched with the goodness of vegetable, this is bursting with myriad flavours. • Ingredients: • Broken wheat 1 Cup • Salt 0 To • Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons • Potato(boiled and mashed) 1/2 Cup • Carrot(grated and boiled) 1/4 Cup • Mushrooms(finely chopped) 1/4 Cup • Green peas(crushed) 1/4 Cup • Cabbage(blanched) 1/4 Cup • Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 Teaspoons • Green chillies(chopped) 1 Teaspoons • Salt To tatse • Oil To Fry • Directions: • 1. Take a bowl and add broken wheat, salt, ½ tsp pepper powder and mix it. • 2. To it pour little hot water so as to wet broken wheat and mix it, place lid on it allow it to rest for 5 mins. • 3. Take a plate and add potato, boiled carrot, mushrooms, green peas, cabbage, coriander leaves, ½ tsp pepper powder, green chillies, salt and mix stuffing mixture nicely. • 4. Take small dumpling of broken wheat and in center make a well using hand. • 5. In it stuff the mixture and close edges, make oval shape. • 6. Heat oil in a pan, place prepared koftas and deep fry later transfer into paper towel. • 7. Now koftas are ready to serve.
